School Ends, Summer Begins

Our Bugle Boy--the trumpet section sounded amazing in the band concert!

Our guitarist--he even got to play in a small group

Owen's first fishing experience--all the grade 3s went fishing at the lake behind the school.  Daddy got to come help out.

George enjoyed the fishing trip too

We tried many different places around the lake--but no luck.  We did get to see a hawk dive down right in front of us and catch a fish in its mouth--that was quite the experience!

Crazy Crew--ready for the summer to begin!

Tommy's first school talent show--he played Sakura very confidently

Owen also played the piano in the talent show.  He chose to play Paper Tigers

We've had so much rain that there has been flooding everywhere.  The boys had fun digging in the rocks at the playground and uncovering puddles galore.

First day at the BMX park--George was sad he didn't have his bike, but he made up for it by racing up and down the hills.

We spent an afternoon at some fountains in a park downtown.  A man was there with his pet snake and the boys were super excited.

Wet summer boys
