General Conference and Thanksgiving

We had a lovely time in Edmonton at the beginning of October for Conference and Thanksgiving.  The weather was so perfectly "Fall" and we had so much fun with all the cousins, aunts and uncles, and of course, Grandma.

The "Football" game

The long-suffering cousins were horses for quite a while.

Emma shared her bracelet-making materials and taught everyone how to make friendship bracelets

He had to start way down at the other end a couple of times.  These leaves were so fun and so deep!

We were able to enjoy Conference on the internet and sometimes on the tv.  James and Lloyd created a game of Kubb--otherwise known as Viking Chess--out of wood, which was played all weekend long with great enthusiasm by all.  There was also a massive soccer game on Thanksgiving Day.  Football, right?  And so much delicious food to eat.  We are so thankful for wonderful family!
