Freezing the fruits of summer

This year I decided to freeze instead of can, and I'm glad I did. It's just easier sometimes to eliminate that final last step. The boys helped me peel peaches and tomatoes and pick strawberries. I made salsa and spaghetti sauce and peach jam and froze strawberries, diced tomatoes, tomato juice, pears, and peaches. I am excited for the winter! Well, not really. :-)
