Owen's Art

When Grandma Spencer was down last time she brought us some newsprint paper that has been a lot of fun. Owen has enjoyed doing some murals with Tommy and me and any friend that happens to be near is invited to join in as well. Here are the murals hanging on my family room wall right now:
"Jungle Animals" from left to right-- a moose, a monkey in a tree, a giraffe, a tropical bird (parrot I think), a tiger, a rhino, and an elephant--see his long nose?

"Sea Creatures" including sharks (hammerhead, great white, killer whale, and something else), starfish, crabs, octopus, sea horse, giant squid (the cracken), and many more...

"Bugs" including a tree with a spider web (Owen and Ava thought this up--made a hole in the tree and put string for the web going across it), lady bugs, moths, butterflies, ants, caterpillars, centipedes, spiders, etc.

Tommy wanted a flower and he decorated it with lots of great spiders. I loved watching him do the legs. He had a great time with it as well.

  1. Brilliant! I love all of Owen's and friends masterpeices! I remember mom providing newsprint canvas for all of our wall art in the dinning room. Nice work everyone!
