Summer Fun

Tommy is always seeing how high he can climb in just about any tree he can find.

I took the boys to Waterton for a "getaway" day.  It was so perfect!  They really wanted to hike Bear's Hump even though it was an incredibly hot, windless day.  We got pretty sweaty!  This is the picture at the start of the hike.

And here's the picture at the top of the hike!  George made it the whole way up and down without being carried--first time he's done that.  He did hold my hand the whole way, which was a good thing since some of those steps are chest-level for the poor guy!

We were thrilled to find our favorite hike reopened and cleared from the rockfall of last year.  We hiked quite a ways up "Lost Horse Creek" and found a fun little pool to play in/beside.

Tommy and Owen amused themselves with this hanging branch, doing tricks and trying to avoid falling off into the water.

Georgie trying to work up the courage to get totally submerged in the icy water.  He didn't ever quite do it!

The boys still love to appear in dress ups.  James and I were noticing that these ninja outfits seem to be shrinking on the boys!

Taking a break from a rigorous hockey match and also probably a basketball game for a massage.  Good work, Ry!
